Welcome to the third Advent! With this crispy dark organic chocolate, you're not just indulging in a unique taste experience – our partner Original Beans plants a tree in the cocoa-growing regions of Ecuador for every bar sold, helping to protect the rainforest and its biodiversity.

A true chocolate emerald

This dark organic chocolate unfolds its natural flavors of tropical fruits and nuts, taking you to the misty forests along the Esmeralda coast, championed by our partner Original Beans. It is refined with our green favorite Genmaicha Grain of Truth – as well as puffed rice grains, which give this delicacy a popcorn-like note.

Rainforest

Eating chocolate to protect nature (Esmeraldas, Ecuador)

For every own bar sold, Original Beans grows a tree in the cocoa-growing areas – not in monocultures that destroy the rainforest but right in the midst of its biodiverse splendor. In this way, the company ensures the habitat of endangered species and preserves the ecosystem’s biodiversity. More chocolate = more nature conservation. If only it were always that simple.

For Space for Sloths

Esmeraldas means emeralds – a fitting name for the Ecuadorian province, as it is a true biodiversity jewel. As part of the Chocó hotspot region, it is home to hundreds of animal species, including the brown-throated sloth. In exchange for Original Beans' investment, communities in the Esmeraldas province have committed to declaring 800 hectares of wild rainforest a protected area.
