Satemwa is committed to truly equal opportunities for women. The company has therefore laid down comprehensive protection of mothers in its contracts. In addition to maternity leave and protection against dismissal, this includes granting 30-minute work breaks for breast-feeding, setting up a breast-feeding zone and crèche as well as a ban on overtime for breast-feeding mothers.
